Coaching
Everyone has moments they feel stuck. Stagnant. Unable to make progress on their goals. Coaching provides a safe space to work through those moments. Your coach’s goal is to see you reach your goal by guiding you throughout the process.

How does coaching work?
01.
Initial Conversation
Before our initial conversation, you’ll receive a few questions to consider that will focus our chat. During our first virtual session, we’ll clarify your goals for coaching. If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule regular virtual sessions for a specific duration of time. To begin, many clients meet weekly or every other week for several months. Sessions are usually 50 minutes.
02.
Ongoing Sessions
While conversations vary, we might spend time exploring hurdles and brainstorming solutions, discovering personal strengths and values and how they align with choices, examining perspectives, developing strategies, or breaking down larger goals into a clear and manageable roadmap. Since we’re working on your goals, you drive these conversations.
03.
Reassessment
Then, we assess your progress toward your initial goals. At this point, some clients move on with a clear plan for reaching their goals or continuing their growth. Others choose to continue the coaching conversations with new goals.
